Job Description
We are looking to recruit Application Support and Implementation Engineers to provide remote technical liaison. Responsibilities include installing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and install solutions on test and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues on various solution levels.
- Respond promptly to customer requests.
- Prepare and review technical documentation.
- Conduct Preventive/Corrective Maintenance visits.
Requirements:
- IT graduate or undergraduate.
- Knowledge of MS-SQL Database Engines and Reports.
- Excellent team player with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
