Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across business units
- Implement Employment Market & LinkedIn Recruitment Strategies
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and assess candidates
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders
- Analyze recruitment data using Microsoft Excel
- Track key metrics and conduct follow-ups
- Develop search strategy and vendor selection process
- Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Recruitment ability at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in BPO and apparel sector (advantage)
- Strong English communication skills
