Job Description
Q4US is headquartered in Finland while our dynamic and creative software team is based in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a Tech Lead / Associate Tech Lead to join us. Responsibilities include:
- The design and development of cloud-based and standalone software solutions.
- Active engagement in projects from initiation to delivery.
- Close collaboration with clients to refine business requirements.
- Implement distributed and highly robust applications which are scalable.
- Participate in code/design reviews, ensure high code quality, and create inline documentation.
- Continuous integration, testing, and delivery in an Agile environment.
Qualifications: 6+ years of Software Engineering experience, proficiency in multiple programming languages, expertise in databases and web technologies, and good communication skills in English.
