Job Description
We are currently #hiring for the position of Telesales Representative at DCI Events & Entertainment in Colombo 04 Bambalapitiya. Working hours are from 09 AM to 05 PM, Monday to Friday, with a monthly salary of 35,00 LKR.
Role Description: The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Sinhala, excellent customer care etiquette, and a friendly personality. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Sinhala.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer care etiquette.
- Personality: Outgoing and able to build rapport quickly.
