Job Description
Primary Job Role:
As a Graduate Trainee in Test Automation at Fortude, you will be part of a dynamic QA team ensuring software quality and reliability. Training will be provided to enhance skills in automation, manual testing, Selenium WebDriver, and Java programming.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Learn software testing and automation fundamentals.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts.
- Collaborate with senior QA engineers in creating effective test scenarios.
- Conduct manual testing to understand software functionality and identify defects.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Track defects and ensure timely resolution with the development team.
- Contribute to test documentation and process improvement.
- Stay updated on new tools and technologies in testing and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic software development and testing knowledge.
- Familiarity with Java programming.
- Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver or other automation tools is a plus.
