Job Description
Location: ATHURUGIRIYA
Responsibilities:
- Prepare costing proposals for business travel authorized by the head of department.
- Liaise with relevant visa office and submit all necessary documentation for employee visas.
- Manage travel requirements including flight bookings, accommodation, and transfers.
- Identify foreign exchange needs for employees traveling overseas.
- Arrange and coordinate customer visits, including meeting arrangements and transport.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate level qualification in ticketing.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in travel coordination.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
