Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant in Colombo. Responsibilities include creating custom travel itineraries, booking reservations, providing customer service, and leading guided tours. The role also involves client communication, managing relationships, and market research to develop new travel packages.
Qualifications
- Experience in guided tours and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel consulting and industry experience
- Ability to create itineraries and book reservations

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
