We are hiring for the position of Tourism Contracting Senior Manager in our Sri Lanka office located at Kalubowila.
Job Details:
- Job Location: Sri Lanka office – Kalubowila
- Working Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm
- Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
- Working Method: Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing local & global travel/tourism suppliers
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers
- Leading a global team
- Developing tourism products
- Quality control and training
Requirement:
- MBA or Master’s in business management or Marketing
- 3-4 years of experience in Tourism Procurement & Supplier Management
- Inbound Tourism exposure required
- Industry experience in Travel and Tourism
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical and financial acumen
- People management skills
