Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Customer Relations Officer. The Trainee Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and maintaining strong client relations. Daily tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer needs, and handling customer queries and complaints.
