Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Understand customer travel needs and provide solutions.
- Handle flight bookings, transportation, and accommodation effectively.
- Provide information on destinations, accommodations, etc. to customers.
- Communicate with vendors for the best travel products.
- Offer additional services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of air ticketing, travel destinations, airlines, & hotels.
- Minimum 1-year experience in the travel sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales & marketing.
- IATA certification or related qualification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
