Job Description
We are in search of a seasoned and result-oriented professional to join our Leisure Team at Mackinnons Travel (Pvt) Limited, a premier travel agent in Sri Lanka. As a subsidiary of John Keells Group and the Global Business Travel partner of American Express since 1979, we specialize in Business and Leisure travel products.
As an Executive – Outbound travel, you will:
- Craft personalized holiday packages for walk-in and existing clients.
- Exceed targets using sales expertise and create unforgettable experiences.
- Engage with clients, build lasting relationships, and stay updated on travel trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.
Requirements include a strong understanding of the travel industry, prior experience in a similar role, proficiency in the Amadeus reservation system, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a collaborative mindset.
