Job Description

Location: Colombo

Working Hours: 3.30 pm to 12.30 am (Transport Provided)

Work Days: Monday – Friday

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum two years of work experience in the same field.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably a degree in travel tourism or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales and negotiation skills to meet targets and close deals.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service, inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Should communicate with UK clients.
