Job Responsibilities
- Daily Production Planning and monitoring for efficiency and quality
- Ensure availability of production equipment to meet targets
- Manage manpower requirements and industrial efficiency
- Implement 5S housekeeping system
- Set KPIs for direct reports aligned with company objectives
Qualifications
- Must be a Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years production experience
- Experience in Aluminium Extrusion Profiles Fabrication industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and MS Office required
