Job Description
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents/problems reported by end users in different modules of ERP systems.
- Take initiatives to implement new requirements raised by users.
- Manage documentation related to issue resolution, new requirement implementation, and routine operations.
- Bridge communication between business and technical teams during requirement development.
- Test new changes with business users before production migration.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Oracle EBS R 12.2, specializing in SCM, projects, HCM.
- SQL / PLSQL knowledge required.
- Strong ability to liaise between business and technical teams.
- Swift grasp of new concepts and system functionality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
